
Morton Patterson is the founder and lead consultant at Morton Patterson & Associates. He has over 15 years experience working for a variety of organisations, from the private sector (Ernst &Young, Coopers & Lybrand) to public and not for profit organisations. Initially from an IT background, and more recently as a Business Consultant working with Managing Directors and Small Business Owners helping them with strategic planning to grow their business through tendering. He is engaged as a speaker and facilitator in the UK and abroad. He has run a number of businesses and is a certified Toastmaster, professional speaker and professional facilitator.
Morton currently works with service business owners and independent professionals who feel stuck, and frustrated that their business or organisation is going round in circles with limited prospect of growth. His business is strongly integrated with NLP coaching training to help clients understand what could be holding them back and how to develop the confidence to recognise the value they add to the client’s end results. Morton has written several articles on Value and Charging What You Are Worth and has launched coaching clubs to help business owners set accountability goals and share their experiences in a confidential setting. He has helped numerous businesses be clear about their service offer which has helped them to win public sector contracts. He is known for his passion for his subject and ability to support clients with practical strategies which they can use immediately.
