This experience taught me the power of offering clients multiple options. Providing clear service tiers simplifies decision-making, for clients to find a solution that fits their budget and needs.
When you present only one option, clients may feel overwhelmed, often leading to the binary decision of yes or no. And that helps no one.
But by organising your services into structured packages, you guide clients toward clarity and increase the likelihood of them saying ‘yes’ and you earning more.
