A Proven Track Record of Success

Earlier in his career, Morton worked at Ernst & Young before founding his own business in audiobooks. After gaining extensive experience in IT training and business consulting, he returned to consulting to launch MPC.

Morton is completing his Executive MBA and holds a bachelor’s degree in business information technology. An avid reader, Morton is also deeply committed to mentoring young Black men, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
