I turned to the ERRC Grid from Blue Ocean Strategy, a tool that helped me gain clarity. However, this table only scratched the surface of the full strategy.
It gave me clarity on where I was operating out of habit instead of leading with the true impact of my work.

Some things no longer served me and had to go. Others needed refinement, and some—like my Know Your Value Framework—required more focus and a more substantial structure.
This process reminded me of a truth I return to again and again:
Knowing your value isn’t static—it evolves, and it takes time.
