I could visibly see her thinking, trying to explain what she had achieved over the years and saying, “I’ve never known how to explain that confidently, and I believe a part of it must be imposter syndrome.

She had never learned how to communicate the transformation she created, just focusing on getting the job done – thinking that was enough.

And that’s where the gap is.

Between where you are — and the potential you know you haven’t yet fulfilled.
