Your firm may be growing. But are you clear about where it’s heading?

Revenue may be healthy. Clients are returning. Your reputation is established.

However, key questions about the next three years may remain unanswered.

Which clients should you build your business around? Is your current team equipped to take you where you want to go? What should you stop doing? And how will AI change what clients are prepared to pay you for?

These are strategic leadership decisions that require dedicated attention, not just an hour between client deadlines and meetings.

For founders and managing directors of professional-services firms, the challenge isn’t just finding opportunities, but deciding which to pursue, what to change, and how the business should evolve.

Beginning in early December, I will work with a select group of firms to address these questions.

My role is to facilitate challenging discussions, question assumptions, and support you in making decisions that will shape your firm’s next three years.

Each firm will develop its own 3-Year Growth & People Map.

This is not a document to be filed away, but a practical management tool outlining your growth priorities, target clients and markets, leadership and people capabilities, and the critical actions for the next 12 months.

The setting will be intentionally small and confidential, limited to leaders of non-competing firms to encourage candid discussion and rigorous strategic challenge.

Participation will be primarily by personal invitation.

If you’re leading a successful firm but recognise that the decisions that got you this far may not take you forward, send me a private message or email me directly.

We can arrange a confidential conversation to explore whether this engagement is right for you and your firm.
