Getting to the place of understanding ‘your value,’ and how much you have made a difference, is a journey, not a destination.

It can take time to understand the impact of the work you have done and how much it has benefited your clients or those around you. I have worked with clients where initially they had barriers because they could not believe or understand how much of a difference their service made.

In time they mustered up the courage to push back in negotiations, raised their fees, or simply stood their ground in discussions. This does not happen overnight.
